Retirement of Roland Didier
After 15 years of commitment within MND, Roland Didier is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer upon his retirement. A key member of the Executive Committee, he held this position with an extended scope of responsibility (Purchasing, QHSE, SNOW, SAFETY & MBS business units).
MND wishes to acknowledge his career, his unwavering commitment, and his decisive contribution to the Group’s development.

Appointment of Edouard Barret
Edouard Barret has joined the Executive Committee as Group Chief Commercial, Marketing and Communication Officer. Aged 41, he holds a dual engineering degree in Industrial Engineering (Arts & Métiers ParisTech) and Mechanical Engineering (Karlsruher Institut für Technology – KIT, Germany), with a specialization in industrial processes.
He began his career at Saint-Gobain as an industrial process engineer before joining the Swiss rolling stock manufacturer Stadler in 2010. Over nearly fifteen years, he held various senior positions in France and internationally, ultimately becoming Sales Director of the Signalling division, responsible for the commercial development of railway signalling and automation systems across European and global markets.
