MND has an organization that allows to combine flexibility and local presence while guaranteeing the expertise and means of an international industrial group. MND’s headquarters, located in Sainte-Hélène-du-Lac in Savoie (73), integrates all the key transversal functional departments as well as the production units. Grouped by sales regions, the subsidiaries are headed by an operational team that knows perfectly local issues and monitors projects in their country. They are in charge of the local application and adaptation of the orientations defined by MND.

The Executive Committee steers the Group’s activities and implements the strategy defined by the Strategic Committee. There are seven members on the Executive Committee.

The Strategic Committee is responsible for defining the Group’s overall strategy and ensuring that it is properly implemented.
