The largest ski area in the Balkans, the Pamporovo resort has embarked on a vast plan to restructure and modernise its snowmaking system in order to revitalise its ski area.
In 2016, MND has been entrusted with the snow projects of Pamporovo and Chepelare, located 20km away, to renovate, integrate, extend and make the snowmaking systems of the two areas more reliable. Within this framework, MND has :
- delivered 175 new TAURUS 2.0 poles.;
- upgraded more than 90 existing poles of the Techno Alpin brand thanks to our integration expertise;
- upgraded the entire machine rooms in both areas for optimal automated operation.
