MND SAFETY EXPLOSIVE-FREE AVALANCHE TRIGGERING SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN CHOSEN ONCE AGAIN TO SECURE ROADS AND SKI SLOPES IN FRANCE, ANDORRA, AND SWITZERLAND.

The 2022-2023 winter season has been made of many projects for MND SAFETY teams, with more than thirty new fixed Gazex / Gazflex & removable O’BellX solutions commissioned in France, Andorra, and Switzerland. There are also 10 new shelters / mini shelters that have been created to supply these new systems or to complete / replace existing installations.
Extensions of projects already in place have been carried out in the ski resorts of Valmeinier, La Plagne, Val Thorens and Anzère in Switzerland.
In Chamonix, the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc is once again committed to the prevention of avalanche risk, with 4 new removable solutions installed in the iconic sector of Montenvers near the Mer de Glace, including an O’BellX Option+, our latest innovation, which offers twice the power compared to its initial version. An innovation that adapts to all terrains and 100% removable thanks to its patented transport hook facilitating its installation and maintenance by helicopter. And still with our patented explosive-free technology that uses a gaseous mixture (H2-O2), reliable, easy to use and without waste, respectful of the environment.

Finally, Nice Métropole and the Direction des Routes du Sud-Ouest (DIRSO) have chosen MND and its fixed remote triggering solutions to protect their road infrastructures. New installations that now secure the access roads to the resorts of Isola 2000 in France and Pas de la Casa in Andorra.
