The Sales Rep:
- is responsible for delivering the sales objectives assigned;
- is responsible for developing client portfolio;
- is responsible for transposing the sales strategy into a pragmatic and detailed action plan;
- is responsible to keep the CRM updated;
- is responsible for providing analysis on the sales performance and associated actions plans;
The Sales Representative will report directly to the MND North America Sales Director.
Sales Representative major tasks
- Responsible for delivering the Commercial Objectives
- Provide the best answer to customer needs with regards to MND strategy and capability in terms of quality, margin/price and delayIncrease client portfolio and profitability
- Lead all commercial campaigns in your area and manage commercial strategy internally and externally. As campaign leader you are in charge of producing and making delete all necessary commercial/technical documents aiming at closing the deals.
- Responsible for driving the business in your area
- Promote Group global offer (ie. across BU)Interact daily with clientsDevelop a network of key influencersManage the “prospect to order” process within your perimeter
- Be aware of your competition environment and trends
- Responsible for transposing the Area Commercial Strategy within his geography (including key targets, related actions plan with associated KPI and metrics)
- per BUs and related productsper sales channel (direct and indirect)
- per type of client (recurring / existing / prospects)
- Provide accurate information on sales performance (quantitative and qualitative) and keep management informed of daily activity through the CRM
- Track inefficiency and propose mitigation plan
- Accountable for acquiring and maintaining professional and first level of technical knowledge related to Group offer by
- Attending training program proposedAnticipating training needs
- Reading and reviewing all relevant documentation provided by the Group and professional publications
- Interactions
- Enhance interactions with Technical Sales and Marketing to boost the sales pipeline and ensure the best offer
- With Project Managers, regularly follow up execution of sold contracts to ensure contract conformity and customer’s satisfaction
Requirements:
- Professional knowledge of MND and/or competition’s products for at least one of our business lines: Leisure, Snow, Safety, Ropeways
- Impeccable communication skills both verbal and in writing to lead commercial campaigns professional use of word, powerpoint and excel
